This policy explains what personal data Incense Village Hue collects when you use incensevillagehue.com or book a tour with us, why we need it, who sees it and how long we keep it.

1. What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, group size, pickup hotel and anything you tell us about dietary needs, children or mobility.
• Payment: card and PayPal payments, for the full price or the 30% deposit, are handled by our payment providers. We see the amount and whether it succeeded, never your full card number.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
• Technical data: the basic server logs every website keeps (IP address, browser, pages requested), used for security.

2. Why we use it

To confirm and run your tour, to send you the pickup time and your guide’s name, to answer your questions, to keep the accounting records the law requires, and to keep the site secure. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell your data.

3. Who sees it

Only the people who need it to run your day: your guide and driver, and our licensed partner operator, receive your name, group size, pickup hotel, tour date and any special needs. If you chose to pay the balance in cash, your guide is also told the amount still due. Our payment providers, our email service and our web host process data on our behalf. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
