Cancellation and Refund Policy

How cancelling, moving your date and getting money back work for tours booked on incensevillagehue.com. The full terms of your booking are in our Booking Terms; this page sets out the money side step by step.

1. Free cancellation up to 3 days before

Cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your pickup time and everything you paid is refunded to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

2. Within 3 days of departure

Cancellations within 3 days of departure, and no-shows, are charged 30% of the tour price, because the car and guide are already reserved for you. If you paid in full, the other 70% comes back to you. If you paid the 30% deposit and planned to pay the rest in cash, the deposit covers the charge and nothing more is owed.

3. Moving your date

Changing to another date is free up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability.

4. If we have to change or cancel

If a closure or the weather takes out a highlight, we tell you before departure whenever we can and offer a comparable replacement or a new date. If the river is closed to boats, the dragon-boat leg becomes a drive at the same tour price. If the day cannot reasonably go ahead at all, you get a full refund.
